At a recent class, Danura informed me about the intending yoga class at Bukit Shahbandar. I was really excited by the thought of it...hmmm.. A yoga class ala alfresco!! I love the thought of it and I'm game.... I told her.

This afternoon, the yoga enthusiasts gathered at the open space area with Danura leading a 'Flow' class. It was fun and invigorating for me and many of my yoga friends.

I do enjoy the indoor classes but being out in the open made it much better.. sweating.. getting energy from the sun.... seeing the white cottony clouds floating on the big blue sky above us.... breathing fresh air... I love it all! My mind felt clear seeing the big blue sky.. it made my view larger and free..... and that made me happy!

Sounds of others scattering away in the background.. didn't perturb us at all...It made us more focused.
